Quebec Selected Skilled Worker Program

Skilled workers who want to live in Quebec and want to be the permanent residents of Canada, can benefit from this program.

Quebec has its own rules for selecting immigrants who who fit well in the province. 

To go through the immigration using this process, the candidates can go through this 2 step process

Step 1 - Apply to the government of Quebec for a Quebec Selection Certificate (CSQ). Province will access you based on their own rules

Step2 - If you get a CSQ, you should then apply to IRCC for permanent residence.
