The Rural and Northern Immigration Pilot
This is another great program for achieving Permanent Residence in Canada. This is driven by the communities participating in this initiative.
The communities seek the skilled workers for economic immigration benefits and in turn, the skilled workers can get the community recommendation for PR.
Here is the how the program worksÂ
Step 1 - Candidate meets IRCC eligibility requirements as well as community requirements.
Step 2 - Candidate finds a job with the employer in a participating community.
Step 3 - After the job offer, the candidate submits the application for a community recommendation.
Step 4 - After the community recommends, apply for permanent residence.
These are the communities who participate in the pilot. You can go to their individual websites for more details.
